Placenta previa 찾기 (OBGY pf. Lim)
1. Bladder 찾기 (Hypoechoic)
2. Bladder 맞은편에 uterus 찾고 이곳에 hyperechoic mass 가 placenta임을 알것
3. Cervical internal os, canal 찾아 uterus 임을 다시한번 확인
4. Placenta가 int. os 를 완전히 막았는지, 부분적으로 막고있는지에 따라 Complete, incomplete 타입 나누기!
